Tap a date, set hours for who worked, note any advances, and mark the day complete. Defaults to a full 8-hour day to save taps.

At month end, open the report. Gross, debts and net are calculated for everyone. Share the PDF and you're done.

No. Only you (the organization) use the app. You record hours and advances on your team's behalf, so there are no extra logins to manage.
Yes. Add a new salary effective from any date, even mid-month. Days before that date keep the old rate, and the full salary history stays on record for accurate reports.
When someone takes money before payday, log it as a debt on that day. It's tracked per employee and subtracted from their net pay in the monthly report, so payroll is always accurate.
