This Privacy Policy explains how Xoolve ("we", "us") handles the information you provide when you use Workora (the "service"). By creating an account or using Workora, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the account details you provide (organization name, email and phone) and the data you enter to run the service: employees, hours, salaries and debts.

2. How we use it

We use your data solely to provide Workora to you and your organization: calculating payroll, showing reports and keeping your account secure.

3. Storage and security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and protected with industry-standard measures. Access is limited to what's needed to operate the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Workora (such as hosting and email delivery), and only as required to provide the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export a copy of your data at any time from within the app, and you can delete your account, which permanently removes your organization and all associated employees, salaries and workdays.
